Today, 4/14/2024, I scheduled online to have a phone consultation to discuss what I was looking for, for my babyshower and to determine if I wanted this company to do it. I found this company from a referral from a friend. Well today I was waiting for them to contact me for this scheduled phone call, which, I also received an email confirmation 2 days ago confirming today's appointment, but to my disappointment, when 11am became 11:05, I decided to contact her via the business number she has listed, 803-524-0237. It's disconnected. Very disappointing. This is a very special occasion and I want the best fir my babyshower, this company is not that.
